Philip Rizzuto IV
Philip Rizzuto IV is an Associate with the firm handling pre-litigation files, motions, appeals, surrogates court proceedings and real estate. The cases he has handled range from car accidents, slip and falls, trip and falls, nursing home neglect and abuse, funeral home neglect and abuse, criminal cases and real estate.
While in high school, he began his employment with the firm in various capacities in order to gain as much insight into the legal field as possible. Upon being admitted to the New York State Bar, Philip joined our team of attorneys.
Philip grew up in East Setauket, Long Island where he attended Ward Melville High School. He was a member of the Boy Scouts of America. While in the Boy Scouts, he became a member of the Order of the Arrow, and he eventually earned the rank of Eagle Scout.
Upon graduating high school, he attended Binghamton University. There he earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, politics, and law. While attending Binghamton University, Philip was a Resident Assistant for three of his four years. He then went on to attend St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York where he earned his law degree. While in law school, Philip worked as a research assistant for professors in addition to being a law clerk with our firm.
